This extraordinary black and white portrait of The Beatles was taken by a 22 year old photographer in 1964 in New York City, around the time the Fab Four first appeared on The Ed Sullivan Show. The photographer did not at the time have his own studio, so he borrowed some space in a friend's store and history was made. Sort of. For some reason, the photographer kept this photo of the world's most popular music group a secret--for 45 years! He revealed the photo for the first time in New York City in 2009. THIS MAGNIFICENT PHOTO--CHECK OUT GEORGE HARRISON ESPECIALLY--IS FROM THE ORIGINAL NEGATIVE. It is, by far, the rarest  Beatles photo I own and I have more than 80 DIFFERENT photos of The Beatles that go back to the late 1950s when they were playing music in dimly lit clubs in Liverpool and were not known then as The Beatles. Elegantly framed and matted, the piece features at the bottom laser engraved copies of the lads' signatures. Oh, if only they were real autographs! Now we'd be talking some serious money. I have exactly two of these in this size. One I am selling now; the other one I may never sell. I also have a smaller version of this, which is framed and matted differently. Just as awesome.
