    Description

    Vintage, approximately 1950, USN Mark V diver, diver suit, heavy canvas chafing pants, Stamped on back square patch: "MORSE DIVING EQUIPMENT CO., INC. ROCKLAND, MASS. 02370".  Lace leg style.  Brass ring eyelets.  Two brass buttons at fly.  Big open front pockets.  Stamped on inside, near waist NEW ENGLAND CANVAS & TENT CO., INC. 150 W. FOURTH ST.  BOSTON, MASS.  Measured lying flat: Waist 21"W across (adjustable rope tie). 45 1/2"L from waist to leg hem.  Leg opening at hem 11 1/2"W.  Weighs 4lbs. 14ozs.  Unused, (NOS) new old stock.  Stains/ discoloration.  No odor.  11 photos are a part of this description.
