Tailored - in a VINTAGE sz 9.5M. And they do run a bit small. They fit MY size 9 feet like a snug modern 9 so... Id say 8.5 even but def a 9, I think they will be too small for a modern 9.5. Look at all photos carefully. They are in wonderful wearable gorgeous vintage condition - but the glue they used has darkened and you can see it in the little holes/perforations on top of both shoes and in a couple more small areas. flat little brown stacked leather heels are only 5/8" tall, the shoes, Inside along the insoles, are 10 3/8" long using a measuring tape, all the way up into those toes. and they are JUST over 10.5" long from the bottoms.  The insole liners are good, padded underneath, very nice supple leather. Not thin or brittle or stiff
Condition: They fit more like a modern size 9, or even an 8.5 see measurements BEFORE YOU BUY NO RETURNS!) Very good used/worn vintage condition. All I see is age-related  - the glue they used has darkened into a golden brown color and I can see it in the perforations/holes and in a couple other places, like the point of the golden tan leather wing tip points on top, Leather soles are good too. pebbled leather uppers are supple. Clean inside and out.
